New Features – 5th June 2013

Last night we added the option to download your contact information as a CSV file directly from your search results page.  This is a popular request by our clients and helps marketing and sales people easily and readily get a dump of the data with search criteria. To use this new feature you must be either a ‘Account Admin’ or have the newly created role of ‘Export’. If you have the correct permissions then the option to download as a CSV will show up on the left hand side of the search results.

New Features – 19th March 2013

Been a while since I last blogged.  There have been a few new updates that I need to point out. Deal Reports We are quite excited about this much requested feature.  The old system had the ability to create reports based upon the Pipeline data in the system.  You can now create your own reports and we have made it as easy as possible to customise what you want to see in the report. Now you can build critical business reports quite easily with less fuss. Advanced Search Options We have added more advanced search options Filter by Subscription (Unsubscribed/Subscribed) Global Search – Allows you to see other team members customers (read only view) Filter by whether the contact has an Email address Filter by contact plan – find which customers are on the ‘newsletter’ plan New Searchable Company Field called ‘Code’ – useful for loose integration with external systems Quick Search A new feature added today – quick search is a search box that is on nearly every page.  So that you can jump to customer information in a flash.  Other Improvements There were quite a few bugs that were found and squashed.  We also added duplicate checking to the import wizard. New Features–12th February 2013

Today we are releasing some new features: Documents and Attachments You can now associated documents to the company and contact pages.  This provides a very easy way to centralise important files for particular opportunities.  Part of this update is the new ability to attach documents to your outgoing emails. Email Forwarding We now support sending a copy of your emails via outlook and other email clients via a bcc service. By adding // ' + e + ''); // ]]> Email address protected by JavaScript. Please enable JavaScript to see email address. to your outgoing emails we will now add these emails to the contacts message history.  You can also forward emails that were sent to you via your customers. Setup Wizard The initial sign-up experience has been rounded out with a new setup wizard. The wizard brings together existing admin functions into a streamlined easier experience.

Today we are releasing some new features: Action Counter are now links Now you can click on the overdue counter and go straight to a filtered list of just those actions. A great time saver. Reminder emails for all action types Previously we only sent reminder emails for automatic tasks.  Now all actions with reminders will send you a reminder email. Advanced Search You can now pick from a list of Tags in advanced search. Admin Changes Resend an invitation to a team member Password reset link (edit member) Lock/Unlock a member account with a single click System Improvements The task scheduler was enhanced to be more robust and durable A lot of work was put into finalising the database backup system If you have any feature requests please lets us know!
